国の重要文化財に指定されている祖師同や法華堂、五重塔がある法華経寺は日蓮宗大本山のひとつで、鎌倉時代の文応元年に創立されました。総門から続く参道はたくさんの商店と人々で賑わっており、門前町の雰囲気を残しています。
Hokkekyo-ji Temple, with its Soshidō, Hokke-dō, and five-story pagoda designated as national important cultural properties, is one of the main temples of Nichiren Shoshu, and was founded in the Kamakura period in Bun'ogen. The approach leading from the main gate is crowded with many stores and people, retaining the atmosphere of a gate town.
