4つの伝統ある祭りが一つになった祭りで、大民謡流しや住吉行列などが行われます。大民謡流しでは、新潟甚句や佐渡おけさを踊ります。住吉行列では、古式ゆかしい衣装を身にまとった人々が市内を練り歩きます。最終日には3か所から花火が打ち上げられます。
A festival that combines four traditional festivals, such as the Ominyo-nagashi and the Sumiyoshi Procession. In the Ominyo-nagashi, people dance to Niigata Jinku and Sado Okesa. In the Sumiyoshi Procession, people dressed in elegant costumes walk around the city. On the last day, fireworks are launched from three places.
