川島城 / Kawashima Castle

一国一城令により1638年に廃城となりました。その跡には徳島藩の奉行所が置かれ、明治になるまで存続しました。
阿波九城の一つとして、天正13(1585)年に蜂須賀家政の入国により、重臣林道感が城番に当てられました。
It was abandoned in 1638 by the One Country One Castle Order. The site was occupied by the Tokushima Domain’s magistrate’s office until the Meiji era. As one of the Awa Nine Castles, Hayashi Michikazu, a senior vassal, was appointed as the castle guard when Hachisuka Iemasa entered the country in 1585.
