「子安の地蔵尊」あるいは「立江の地蔵さん」との俗称で古くより霊験のあらたかなことで知られています。
本尊開山主である行基が彫ったと伝わる5.5ｃmの「延命地蔵菩薩」。現在では高さ1.9㎝の延命地蔵像の胎内像として安置されています。
It is known for its miraculousness from ancient times as “Jizo of Koyasu” or “Jizo of Tateji”. The 5.5 cm “Enmei Jizo Bosatsu” carved by Gyoki, the founder and main deity of this temple. It is currently enshrined as a fetal image of the 1.9 cm Enmei Jizo statue.
