標高500mを超える鷲が尾の山頂に位置する、四国霊場第20番礼所。
本堂の前に2羽の鶴が向かい合っており、地元の人や遍路からは「お鶴さん」と呼ばれ親しまれています。
境内からは、遠く太平洋を望むことができます。
