島根ワイナリーは無料でワインの製造工程を見学できる施設で、設備の整った工場内でワインができるまでを実際に見ることができます。ワインの試飲やお土産、しまね和牛を食べれる食事処もあるので、丸一日楽しむことができます。

Shimane Winery is a facility where you can see the wine making process for free, and you can actually see how wine is made in a well-equipped factory. The wine made from olives grown carefully in their own farm is popular not only for home use but also as a souvenir. There are also wine tasting, souvenirs, and a restaurant where you can eat Shimane Wagyu beef, so you can enjoy it for a whole day.
