祥光山星巖寺は貞享元年（西暦1684年）に建立された、小城鍋島藩の菩提寺です。楼門は竜宮城のようで、県重要文化財に指定されています。
境内にはさまざまな表情をした五百羅漢像が200体が配されており、かわいらしく、愛らしい表情を見ることができます。

There are 200 statues of five hundred arhats with various expressions in the precincts, and you can see their cute and lovely expressions.
