「和で綴る（つづる）花と灯り」をコンセプトに生け花の大きな作品やポット・プランター、夜には土佐和紙を使った灯篭（とうろう）の灯りなどで「夜の高知城」を魅力的に演出する照明装飾で彩られます。
他にも華道の作品が 15 点展示され、追手門のステージなどで日本舞踊や獅子舞、演奏などが披露和と伝統のステージも行われます。
