祇園宮は、香川県三豊市山本町大野北側に鎮座しています。
創建年代は1270年で、須賀神社と八幡神社が仲よく鎮座する珍しく、歴史ある神社です。このお祭りでは参道の両側に夜店が並び、フィナーレには花火が上がり、獅子舞の奉納もあり、多くの参拝者が訪れ、にぎわいを見せます。
今でも「大野の祇園さん」として人々に親しまれています。
Gion Shrine is located on the north side of Ono in Yamamoto-cho, Mitoyo-shi, Kagawa Prefecture. It was founded in 1270 and is a rare and historic shrine where Suga Shrine and Hachiman Shrine are enshrined together. At this festival, there are stalls on both sides of the approach, fireworks at the finale, lion dance dedication, and many visitors visit and show their bustle. It is still popular among people as "Gion-san of Ono".
