平成13年にスタートした「梅園身代り天満宮」の女性が主役のお祭りです。
丸山の花街時代を偲ばせる花魁（おいらん）道中はとても華やかであり、お祭りのメインイベントでもあります。
他にも女性達が神輿を担ぎ、華やかで、そして勇ましく、女御輿通りを丸山町から浜市アーケード、観光通りを練り歩く姿も目を見張るものがあります。
This festival, which started in 2001 at “Baion Migawari Tenmangu Shrine”, is a festival where women are the main characters. The oiran (courtesan) procession, which reminds us of the flower district era of Maruyama, is very colorful and the main event of the festival. There are also women who carry a portable shrine, and their appearance of walking around the town from Maruyama-cho to Hamachi Arcade and Kanko-dori in a gorgeous and brave manner is also impressive.
