しゃもじを打ち鳴らしながら踊る「びんずる踊り」や、騎馬行列や長持行列などの出し物がある長野市を代表する夏のお祭り。市民総和楽・総参加の理念のもと、連と呼ばれるグループが独自の振り付けやパフォーマンスで盛り上げます。
