石鎚神社は所願成就の神として知られ、全国から参拝客が訪れる県内屈指のパワースポットです。
石鎚神社本社に祀る3体の御神像を「仁」「智」「勇」の順に先達が背負い、石鎚山頂を目指しお揃いの白衣を着て勇壮に駆け登ります。
一般の登拝者もこの大祭に参加でき、日本七霊山の一つである石鎚山で行われる神事登拝者は、毎年全国各地より数万人を数えます。
このお祭りは10日間の大祭となっています。
Ishizuchi Shrine is known as the god of fulfilling wishes and attracts visitors from all over the country as one of the leading power spots in the prefecture. Three statues enshrined in Ishizuchi Shrine are carried by the leaders in the order of “benevolence”, “wisdom” and “courage”, and they run up to the top of Ishizuchi Mountain wearing matching white clothes. General worshippers can also participate in this festival, and tens of thousands of people visit from all over the country every year for the ritual worship at Ishizuchi Mountain, one of the seven sacred mountains in Japan. This festival is a 10-day festival.
